The wedding reception was held at The National Piping Centre, Glasgow on the 8th September 2006

Katherine & Mathew chose a Stacked Wedding Cake in lilacs and purples to compliment their wedding day.

Dear Ann,

Thank you so much for the cake on our wedding day (8 September 2006.) We received so many compliments about its unusual and beautiful look and about the amazing taste of each of the three layers (I even took extra pieces of each of the layers back to our hotel for eating after the reception!)
Everyone was asking who made our cake so your name has been passed on to many people!
I could not have been happier with the cake you provided for us, and I know you must have worked so hard on it, so thank you again, especially because it was a custom job.
